Temporary Autonomous Arts

I went to see a building in Manchester today that friends of mine are squatting, with the aim of setting it up as a space to exhibit art. Its coming along very well, its such an amazing building. Im in awe of whats going on there.

It opens tommorow (11th October) to the public, there’s going to be a cafe there, selling good food and drinks, i think its open for only a few days, and then im not sure what will go on with it. I will go one more time before i go traveling (14th October) and take some more pictures, i did get some pictures of it today, and here they are. Click on the thumbnails for a bigger better view :D

a bit late comment but i couldn’t stop myself! what an amasing place to squote and exhibit art! and the fish eye pictures serve it best. Love this place and wonder what is the story behind it and did anything work out with your plans? Reminds me of hundertwasser, so colourful, what a nice place to live in.
